30 Days Policy
DTF Prints, Inks, Printing Supplies (consumables), and regular supplies
Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and unopened for a refund or a store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non refundable). The customer is responsible for shipping cost, and all items need to be in the original package. Absolutely no returns are accepted from damages caused by carriers, in that case, the customer needs to open a claim with the carrier immediately.
30% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Parts and Accessories

Limited Time Warranty Terms
Section 21:
DarkHorse DTF Printer Series (DarkHorse 1 & DarkHorse 2)
The limited warranty on DarkHorse, DarkHorse 2, single head printers is 1 year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Manufacturer technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customer is responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
WHAT IS COVERED
1. The limited warranty will cover parts like the mainboard, power board, Flex cables. A replacement part can be issued only 1 time per part during the limited warranty. Once a replacement part has been issued before or during the limited warranty, the limited warranty is considered completed.
All defective parts replaced under the limited warranty must be shipped back to DTFWORLD in Houston, Tx at the customer expense within 15 business days.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
2. The limited warranty will not cover components that come in contact with the inks, this includes the ink system, print heads, capping station (ink station), dampers, ink pump, ink tanks, ink mixer, ink lines, and power pump are not covered.
Also, consumables parts like CR motor, encoder strip, belt, decoder, sensors, wiper, print head cables, or fans are not covered.
IMPORTANT: By not using the DTFWORLD brand inks and films will void any warranty for the printers or equipment.
Section 22:
A3+ Mini Powder Shaker & Dryer Machine & A3+ Mini Oven
The limited warranty on A3+ Mini Powder Shaker & Dryer Machine and A3+ Mini Oven is 1 year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Manufacturer technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customer is responsible for any troubleshooting or parts cost. Customers may self-install warranty parts or use their own technicians, but DTFWORLD is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
WHAT IS COVERED
1. The limited warranty will cover electric parts like cables, film detecting sensor, electric relay, and motors are covered. A replacement part will be issued only 1 time per part during the limited warranty. Once a replacement part has been issued before or during the limited warranty, the limited warranty is considered completed.
All defective parts replaced under the limited warranty must be shipped back to DTFWORLD in Houston, Tx at the customer expense within 15 business days.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
2. The limited warranty will not cover the front feed roller and its components, heat elements or heat tubes are not covered.
IMPORTANT: By not using the DTFWORLD brand inks and films will void any warranty for the printers or equipment.
Section 23:
WhiteHorse DTF Printer
The limited warranty on WhiteHorse Printer, Dual head printers is 8 months from the date of purchase. The manufacturer can issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Manufacturer technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customer is responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
WHAT IS COVERED

Cancellations
Processing Fee
5% + $2.00 fee applies to the total amount for any canceled orders or refunded orders for the processing fee. DTFWORLD reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
